XXII Events is more than an event company. It is my testimony, my purpose, and my way of creating for others what I once needed for myself: a place to feel loved, valued, celebrated, and remembered.

If you had met me years ago, you probably would have thought I had a good life. I had two parents, a roof over my head, and a smile on my face. From the outside, everything looked just as it should. But what many people never saw was the little girl who constantly questioned where she belonged. While others saw someone who had it all together, I was quietly battling feelings of loneliness, rejection, and self-doubt. I spent much of my life trying to fit into places and relationships that were never meant for me.
I wasn't the popular one. I wasn't the one everyone chose. I was bullied, misunderstood, and talked about by strangers, by people I believed were my friends, and even by members of my own family. For years, I carried those experiences with me, allowing them to shape how I viewed myself. Looking back now, I realize that what hurt me the most wasn't always what people said—it was believing those words defined who I was.

Healing Changed My Perspective
As I began to heal, my perspective changed. I came to understand that God never created me to fit into someone else's box. He created me with purpose, and every hardship I endured was preparing me for the life He had already planned.
The very qualities I once overlooked became the foundation of my calling. I was always the creative one, the one who noticed beauty where others didn't. I was the person who loved helping others, making people feel seen, and creating moments that brought joy. I often gave more than I received, not because I expected anything in return, but because serving others has always been part of who I am.
Purpose Within the Pain
Today, I can honestly say that I believe everything happens for a reason. Not because every experience was good, but because God has a remarkable way of using even our greatest pain for His greater purpose.
Every disappointment, every rejection, every setback, and every lesson became another piece of the woman I was becoming. Without those moments, I wouldn't have discovered my purpose or found the courage to walk in it.
That purpose became XXII Events.

Why XXII?
XXII is more than the name of my business—it represents the day my story began. It is my birthday, February 22, and a reminder that every life has a purpose from the very beginning.
Just as God had a plan for my life before I understood it myself, I believe every person's story is meaningful and worthy of celebration.

My dream has never been to build just another event company. My dream is to create experiences that bring people together, encourage genuine connection, and remind every guest that they deserve moments of peace, happiness, and celebration.
I believe some of life's greatest healing happens around a table, surrounded by the people we love, creating memories that will outlive the decorations.
