Consultations are offered Tuesday through Saturday and are scheduled according to current availability.

After submitting your Questionnaire, our team will review your inquiry. You'll then receive an email with the link to select an available date and time for your initial consultation.
Before We Meet
Please have your preferred event date, estimated guest count, location or venue if known, and anticipated investment in mind. Inspiration is welcome, but not required.

During your consultation, we'll talk through your celebration at a high level—your overall vision, event details, guest count, location, anticipated investment, and the type of support you're looking for.
This is your opportunity to ask questions, get to know our process, and see whether XXII Events feels like the right match for your celebration.
We may also discuss available services, starting investments, next steps, and whether your desired event date can be accommodated.
Booking Your Date
Following your consultation, XXII Events may prepare a customized proposal outlining your selected services, design details, pricing, and next steps.
Your event date is not officially reserved until the required agreement has been signed and the non-refundable retainer has been received.
Submitting the Initial Consultation Questionnaire or completing a consultation does not place a temporary hold on your requested date.
